An (optional) advanced feature available to iTransact resellers is our Reseller API. The Reseller API allows a reseller to submit XML transaction requests on behalf of its merchants. This is useful for a reseller that provides hosted shopping cart services or a customized control panel/virtual terminal. With one set of credentials, a reseller can submit orders, voids, etc. Whereas the merchant XML integration method requires both a set of credentials and an IP-filter white list, the Reseller API eliminates the need to track multiple sets of credentials and IP filters.
