What It Is
Visa and MasterCard require that all merchants processing credit cards, including Market America distributors, be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS or simply PCI). iTransact and iPayment have collaborated on a solution by which you can demonstrate your PCI compliance as simply and inexpensively as possible.
What It Costs
Your iTransact monthly fee of $14.95 includes the cost of ongoing certification of your PCI compliance. Note that this is far less than most merchants pay; PCI compliance certification typically costs $129.00-$200.00 per year above and beyond the monthly merchant account fees.
How to Certify
