Where to Start
iTransact, Inc., is your point of contact
for all
E-Commerce questions. Most questions are answered here on the web site. iTransact's Market America team can be
contacted by submitting a ticket to our Support Center. During business hours (Mon-Fri 8-5 Mountain), iTransact also offers support via phone at 801-951-8250.
Portal/Shopping Cart
Market America is the designer and builder of your web portal
(i.e., your customized Market America web site) and your shopping cart, which allows your customers
to shop online at your portal. Market America can be reached at 336-478-4001, option 2.
Payment Gateway/Virtual Terminal
iTransact, Inc., provides the payment
gateway, which relays transaction
information (e.g., your customers' card information and approval/decline responses) between your shopping cart and
the credit card processing network. iTransact also provides the virtual terminal, the web
equivalent of a credit card "swipe machine."
Merchant Account
iTransact, Inc., is also the vendor of your credit card merchant
account. It is the merchant account that
gives you the authority to accept credit card payments from your customers.
Processing Network/Underwriting Bank
For accounts established at or after the July 2002 International Convention:
iPayment, Inc. is a service provider for Wells Fargo Bank and utilizes the
First Data (FDR/FDC) credit card processing network. iPayment approves and underwrites your
merchant account, coordinates
movement of your customers' payments into your checking account, and sends your monthly merchant account
statements. iPayment also bills/drafts your fees.

For accounts established at or after the February 2002 Leadership School, prior to the July 2002 International
Convention:
Sage Payment Solutions now owns and services the accounts that were set up with Cornerstone Payment Systems. Sage is a service provider for Harris Bank and these accounts utilize the Visanet (Vital) credit card processing
network. Sage coordinates movement of your
customers' payments into your checking account, sends your monthly merchant account statements, and drafts your fees. Sage merchants can view batch and statement information online at www.myvirtualreports.com. If needed, Sage can be reached at 800-261-0240 or by email at merchantfinancialsupport@sagepayments.com.
For accounts established prior to the February 2002 Leadership School:
Elavon (formerly Nova Information Services) was the credit card processing network. Elavon, however, is no longer compatible with the iTransact/Market America E-Commerce system. Nearly all distributors who had Nova/Elavon have subsequently moved to a compatible provider. If you are still with Elavon, please contact iTransact immediately.
