How Does It Work?
Sign up for your own account through iTransact and your customers will be able to process credit card orders in real-time over your own secure website. When your customer decides to checkout they will be taken to a secure page where they will be asked for their credit card number. iTransact will immediately process the credit card and then send both you and your customer a confirmation email on the order. All orders will automatically be deposited directly into your bank account.

In addition to your customers placing orders automatically through your own secure website, you will also have the ability to call in orders via a telephone with our Call A Charge feature. For more information about Call A Charge,

Can I Charge Advanced Payments With Credit Cards?
All the major credit card companies have a policy that a merchant should not charge a customer's credit card until after a service has been rendered. Therefore, it is our policy that all early deposits or advanced payments be taken with cash or check. This eliminates the ability of your customer to file a chargeback on their credit card and dispute any early deposit fees, thus protecting your business.

The following would be considered rendering a service authorizing you to charge a customer's credit card and WOULD NOT be considered an advanced payment:
 1) Taking a picture
 2) Performing some kind of consultation &/or advice
 3) Planning an event
 4) Spending time with a client
