The order form examples below are meant to act as templates to help you create or modify order forms for use on a your site. These templates are very basic. These forms may be used as-is, or altered for the needs of a particular site.

Information regarding field names, ID, advanced options, etc. is detailed in the source of each form.

BuyNow Order Form Templates

The simplest ordering method available. You simply display an image and/or description of your product with an attached “Buy Now” button (or a similar button of your choice). No “order form” is required. When the “Buy Now” button is clicked, your customer is taken directly to an order form on iTransact’s secure server. When the order is complete, the customer is returned to your site. Please note that the BuyNow Format can be used for the purchase of one item at a time.

Split Order Form Templates

These forms utilize the secure "split form" technology, enabling you to offer secure server payment entry. By using these forms, you enable your customers to enter account information on a secure form on a secure server. This is strictly an option. Although the ordering process is secure as-is, this feature gives customers added assurance of security:

Credit Cards: Split Form – Basic
Split Form – Optional Shipping Address
Checks: Split Form – Check Basic
Combination: Split Form – All payment options on one form.

Standard Order Form Templates

The Standard Form is suggested only if you have your own secure server. The customer’s name, address, email address, and account information are requested on one form on your server. If you do not have a secure server, please use one of the other options listed above.

Credit Cards: Standard Form
Standard Form with Separate Shipping Address
EFT: Standard Form
Combination: Credit Cards & Check Option In One Form – This example enables the customer to choose either a credit card or check transaction in one order form.

Any of these forms can be combined to fit the needs of your site.
